Rebecca Adorkor Abuaku — Finance Director

Rebecca Adorkor Abuaku is an accomplished finance and administration professional with over 16 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, reporting, risk management, compliance, and organisational administration.

She holds an MSc in Financial Risk Management from Presbyterian University, Ghana, and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Social Sciences, with specialisation in Accounting and Management, from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Her academic background, combined with extensive practical experience, gives her a strong foundation in financial leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and organisational governance.

Beyond her professional career, Rebecca is a strong Christian whose faith, values, and sense of service guide her approach to both work and life. She has a keen interest in health and wellness, enjoys participating in and sharing health talks and conversations that encourage healthier lifestyles, and has a genuine interest in gardening and cooking. She also enjoys bringing people together through food, meaningful conversations, and community activities.

Rebecca believes that leadership goes beyond numbers. To her, it is about integrity, accountability, people, purpose, responsible stewardship, and making a positive contribution to the lives of others.

Joseph Odoteye — Country Director & Project Destination Expert

Joseph Odoteye is the Country Director and Project Destination Expert at Pro-Passion Projects, bringing over 10 years of experience in coordinating international volunteer and internship programs across Ghana. He joined Pro-Passion Projects in 2022 from Projects Abroad, where he gained extensive experience managing placements and developing community initiatives.

As the main contact person for all volunteers and interns before arrival, Joseph guides participants through every stage of their placement, answering questions, providing orientation, and ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish.

A proud alumnus of Accra Academy High School and Accra Technical University, Joseph holds an HND in Statistics and Mathematics, a Diploma in Project Management, and certifications in Child Safety, First Aid, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys traveling, watching football, and hanging out with friends, reflecting his love for people, culture, and teamwork.

Samuel is a dedicated and energetic member of our team who plays a vital role in ensuring our international volunteers and interns feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their stay in Ghana. A graduate of Accra Academy High School, Samuel brings extensive hands-on experience in welcoming international participants, coordinating airport pickups, conducting orientations, and facilitating smooth placement introductions.

From managing logistics to conducting regular accommodation check-ins, Samuel is always on hand to provide reliable, in-country support and ensure every participant has a safe and rewarding experience. This September 2026, he will begin his university studies in B.Sc. Computer Science. Outside of work, Samuel enjoys gaming and exploring new technology.

Mads is the International Outreach Coordinator for Pro-Passion Projects. Based in Europe, he plays a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with international partners. With a passion for community development and a commitment to fostering global collaboration, Mads works tirelessly to represent Pro-Passion Projects on the international stage, ensuring our mission reaches and resonates with a worldwide audience.

Elizabeth Addoquaye Anum (Mrs) — Accountant

Elizabeth is the Accountant at Pro-Passion Projects, where she oversees financial management and ensures accuracy, accountability, and transparency across all operations. She plays a vital role in maintaining the organization’s financial integrity and supporting its community-driven mission.

She holds A-Level qualifications in Accounting and a BSc in Education from the University of Cape Coast. A strong Christian, Elizabeth is guided by her faith and commitment to excellence in everything she does.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, watching movies, and reading, reflecting her calm and thoughtful personality both in and out of the office.

Anita Kotey — Administrative Assistant (Temporary Staff)

Anita Kotey serves as an Administrative Assistant at Pro-Passion Projects, where she supports daily office operations and helps coordinate volunteer and internship logistics. With a strong background in procurement and organization, she brings efficiency, structure, and warmth to the team.

Anita holds a BSc in Procurement and currently works as a Procurement Officer at the Jubilee House in Accra, Ghana. Her attention to detail and multitasking ability make her an invaluable support to Pro-Passion Projects’ growing programs.

Beyond work, Anita loves traveling, cooking, dancing, and spending time with children. Her lively personality and caring nature reflect the welcoming spirit of Pro-Passion Projects.

Hannah Tetteh — Medical Coordinator

Hannah Tetteh serves as the Medical Coordinator at Pro-Passion Projects, where she leads community health outreach programs and supervises medical and public health interns during their placements. With her nursing background and hands-on experience, she ensures that every activity is carried out safely, professionally, and with compassion.

Known for her lively spirit and great sense of humor, Hannah brings warmth and energy to both the team and the communities she serves. She loves having fun, sharing jokes, and connecting with people, yet remains highly professional and dedicated to her work.

Hannah is a proud mother of a 7-year-old son, balancing her career and family life with grace and passion.

Stephen Dakura — Law, Human Rights & Social Work Coordinator

Stephen Dakura serves as the Law, Human Rights & Social Work Coordinator at Pro-Passion Projects, where he supports international interns and volunteers throughout their placements and cultural experiences in Ghana. He is responsible for coordinating activities within the Law and Human Rights Project and the Social Work Project, ensuring participants gain valuable hands-on experience.

Stephen graduated with a Diploma in Social Work from the School of Social Work, Osu – Accra, in 2020, and joined Pro-Passion Projects in 2022. A strong Christian, Stephen is known for his warm personality, sense of humor, and genuine care for people. He is loved by volunteers for his friendliness, human relations, and constant encouragement.

He enjoys traveling, touring Accra with volunteers, and helping them connect with Ghana’s culture and communities in a meaningful way.
