Any photographs, images or videos provided to Pro-Passion Projects by a volunteer before, during or after their trip will be deemed to have been provided with a non-exclusive license and consent for Pro-Passion Projects to edit and use these photographs, images or videos for the purpose of marketing and promoting its volunteer programs online and in printed materials in perpetuity without entitlement to any payment or royalty.

Pro-Passion Projects reserves the right to use any feedback or reviews provided or shared by volunteers for marketing and promotion purposes.

Pro-Passion Projects reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or the services it offers from time to time.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and the service provided pursuant to these Terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Ghana and the parties submit to the non - exclusive jurisdiction of the Ghana Courts.
