3. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the online application form with accurate and relevant information. Be sure to provide detailed responses to all required fields, including your personal details, contact information, relevant experience and expectation for applying.

1. Destination expert support: Our destination experts are available to assist you in planning your trip, answer your questions, and provide guidance. They also provide personalized support throughout the planning process.
2. Airport pick-up: Our team will be at the airport to welcome you upon arrival and provide transportation to your accommodation.
3. Accommodation: Our accommodation operates on a host family system, where volunteers are placed with experienced local host families who have been accommodating volunteers for over 20 years. During their stay, volunteers/interns enjoy three meals daily—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—provided by the host families. Additionally, the host families oversee room cleaning to ensure the comfort and well-being of our volunteers.
4. Orientation upon arrival: Our team will provide an in-person orientation to help you settle in, provide you with important information about the local culture, and give you a brief overview of the project. As part of the orientation, you will be treated to a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, where you will have the opportunity to savor the delicious local cuisine and enjoy the company of our staff.
5. Introduction to placement: We will introduce you to your project placement and provide support to ensure a smooth transition into your project.
6. 24/7 experience staff support: Our experienced staff is available around the clock to assist you with any issues or questions you may have.
7. Tour and social activities: We offer a variety of cultural and social activities to help you immerse yourself in the local culture and make the most of your time in the country.
8. Farewell dinner/lunch: We will organize a farewell dinner/lunch to celebrate the completion of your project and provide an opportunity for you to reflect on your experience with your fellow participants.
9. Transport to the airport: Our team will provide transportation to the airport for your departure.
10. Certificate of completion: Upon completion of your project, you will receive a certificate to recognize your participation and contribution to the project.
11. Reference letter upon request: We are happy to provide a reference letter upon request to support your future career or educational endeavors.
