What Will I Do During My Veterinary Internship in Ghana?
Activities depend on your experience level and local regulations and are always fully supervised.
Veterinary Clinic & Field Experience
- Assist veterinarians during consultations
- Observe diagnosis and treatment procedures
- Assist with vaccinations and preventive care
- Support wound management and basic treatments

Wildlife & Conservation Experience – Aqua Safari Ada Foh
Through collaboration with Aqua Safari Ada Foh, a recognized wildlife sanctuary, interns may:

- Learn about wildlife health and habitat management
- Gain exposure to conservation challenges in West Africa
This component is ideal for those interested in wildlife veterinary medicine in Africa.
